Our guests have the possibility to park in the Casino underground parking garage (directly next to the hotel) or in the outdoor parking lots of Casino Velden for EUR 10,- per 24 hours. Guests can also use the hotel’s own parking lot for EUR 5,- per 24 hours. This parking lot is located 1 minute’s walk from our hotel. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking space in advance.
Check-in is possible from 15:00, check-out is until 12:00. It is possible to use the hotel’s private beach and wellness area before check-in or after check-out.
Subject to availability and possibility, a late check-out is possible for an additional charge. The surcharge is EUR 40 in the high season and EUR 30 in the low and mid season.
Early check-in is not offered, but if your room is ready earlier, you can check in earlier at no extra charge.
Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a storage room. If possible and if space is available, you can leave your luggage at reception in the meantime.
You can charge your electric car in the casino’s underground garage – electricity is charged according to consumption, as indicated on the signs. The parking fee itself is EUR 10 per 24 hours.
The train station in Velden is only 800 meters away from the CasinoHotel Velden. The walk takes about 10 minutes. A cab can be organized by the hotel reception. The cost is around EUR 10.
Our hotel has different room categories. We offer standard double rooms, superior double rooms with a sauna or private bathtub and TV in the bathroom, junior suites and a spacious suite. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a French balcony or a normal balcony with seating.
The rooms are guaranteed to be ready for occupancy from 15:00 – or earlier if possible.

It is possible to book half board with dinner in the casino restaurant “Die Yacht”. The price is EUR 47 per person and includes a 4-course menu excluding drinks. Please note that this offer is subject to availability and for adults only, as access is only possible via Casino Velden.
The hotel’s private beach is 150 meters away from the CasinoHotel Velden. Sunshades and sun loungers are available on the beach, and you can obtain free bathing towels from us at reception.
Yes, you can use the wellness area and the beach before check-in on the day of arrival and after check-out on the day of departure.
We offer an extensive continental breakfast. Both vegetarian and vegan options are available. We are also happy to cater for intolerances such as gluten intolerance on request.

In our “Le Café” (directly in the house) you can enjoy delicious snacks, snacks, homemade pastries, ice cream and coffee specialties from Schärf.
The price includes an extensive breakfast and the use of our small wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, tropical shower and heated loungers. In summer, our hotel beach awaits you with sun loungers, parasols and towels.
Pets are generally welcome at the CasinoHotel Velden, except in the breakfast room and on the beach. The surcharge for bringing your pet is EUR 15,- per day.
No, there is no fitness area in our hotel.
In winter, reception is open from 07:00 – 21:00.
In summer, reception is open from 07:00 – 23:00.
There is a telephone in the room in which all emergency numbers are stored. If you are unable to get to your room, you will find an emergency card in the entrance area of Casino Velden. A member of staff will then use it to open your room. The contact details of Mr. Politzky, Ms. Pichler and Ms. Premur-Metaj are also stored at Casino Velden – a casino employee will be happy to contact the above-mentioned persons for you in an emergency.
In principle, our room rate also includes breakfast. If you specifically do not want breakfast, this is also possible on request.

Cancellation up to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the total package price
Cancellation up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70 % of the total package price
Cancellation in the last week before the day of arrival: 90 % of the total package price
You can of course take out travel cancellation insurance with a provider of your choice at any time.
